Fresh Turmeric Curry Leaves Juice – Healthy Juice Recipes

The major problem you face when on any diet is hair loss. After I started sharing my diet recipes, I often come across messages asking what I do for hair loss. Usually biotin is suggested, but I have never taken any medication. I try to take care by natural remedies. I have already posted a curry leaves green juice (click on link for recipe) which we used to drink the first thing after waking up. Recently I have started making this juice with fresh turmeric which is even better in taste and works good as a remedy for hair fall. As all of my recipes, this is so easy to make and gets ready in five minutes flat.

 

 

Fresh turmeric has so many medicinal properties and it helps healing inflammation. We take a piece of raw turmeric daily before going to bed. It really helps with the aches. Diet or no diet, if you can source fresh turmeric, do use it in your food and also take it raw. It is really good for health. As for the other ingredients, gooseberry, ginger both are medicinal and they add the zing to the juice. Lemon and salt are added for the taste. Even my daughter has a cup of this juice daily. Try to make your kids drink it. At first they won’t but make them drink as it is really good for their health.

 

 

Serves 3 Persons

Ingredients:

Gooseberry – 2

Fresh Turmeric – 2″ piece

Ginger – 1″ piece

Curry Leaves – a handful

Lemon – 1

Salt to taste

 

Procedure:

Wash all the ingredients.

Take turmeric, ginger, sliced gooseberries and curry leaves in a mixer jar and grind it to a smooth paste adding little water.

Add more water to dilute it and pass it through a metal strainer.

Add needed amount of water to serve three.

Add lemon juice and salt to taste.

Serve immediately.
