Sugar Free Apple Orange Smoothie Recipe

Smoothies are so easy to make. Add whatever fruit you have it at hand with milk or yogurt and run it in a mixer. Your smoothie is ready in a minute. If you are following normal diet, add sugar as per your taste. But as I have mentioned earlier, I am on paleo diet and sugar is a great no no. Even fruits and milk has to be had in moderation . That is why we divided the amount given in the recipe into three portions and had it in the evening.

While I was shooting pictures for this post, my daughter wanted to place those cute umbrellas on top. It was sent me by Vaishali and as I don’t do too many cool drinks posts, I completely forgot about these cuties. But my daughter has been nagging me for a while to use them in photos. She was so thrilled when I placed them and she couldn’t let it go. She is now preserving that umbrella in her cupboard.
