Spaghetti With Roasted Paneer

When coming to quick meal, I wanted to look beyond rice varieties. And this spaghetti dish is so easy to make and is completed within 30 minutes. I always watch Italian cookery shows in Fox Life channel. Some recipes they make are so simple but they are full of flavours. I tried one such dish for a day as an experiment and should say that it was a success. Both hubby and daughter liked it very much, but they added some ketchup to the spaghetti.

Though it may not be an authentic Italian dish, I tried to add Italian seasoning to imitate the dish. I love paneer and add it wherever I can. And this spaghetti also got some fried paneer to enhance the taste. You can add tofu or any other vegetables instead. Next time I am thinking of adding some kebabs. I know that nowadays, my imagination in Food photography has dried. I can see that my pictures are getting so dull day by day. I hope that I improve my photography within this year. Please bear with me until I learn the art..
