Iced Coffee with Brownie

For the second day of beverages, I made a recipe suggested by my daughter. I won’t say that it is great recipe but her idea was good and as I had the ingredient at hand, I obliged. When my daughter celebrated her birthday last week, I made a huge batch of brownies for her to take to school. Normally cakes, cookies or chocolates are not allowed in her school. The kid needs to distribute only peanut candies for their birthday. But my daughter was allowed to bring brownies because all her teachers knew that I baked them and is perfectly all right for the kids to eat it as it is free of chemicals. I am really happy about this. And yesterday I went to her school for carnival and her class teacher and coordinator told me that the brownie was so tasty!!

Coming back to the iced coffee, I has some brownie crumbs after slicing it. My daughter wanted me to add it to the coffee while blending. As it is loaded with nuts and chocolate and butter, I thought it was a nice idea. So I added some brownie crumbs while blending and then topped the coffee also with some crumbs. My daughter loved it. And I am sure that all kids will love this. Click on below image for the Eggless Chocolate Fudge Brownie recipe.
