I saw this recipe in a cookery show. The chef made pudina parathas which needs pudina powder. I didn’t have stock of pudina powder. So I prepared it as wheat parotta. It is very easy to prepare and it is yummy too. You could add the pudina powder if you have it.
The Recipe:
Ingredients:
Wheat flour-1cup
Oil-2tsp
Salt-to taste
Pudina powder-1tbs(dry pudina leaves in sunlight and grind it to a fine powder)
Procedure:
1. Prepare a soft dough mixing water to the ingredients.
2. Cover dough with plastic wrap for 30 minutes.
3. Make balls out of dough.
4. Spread the ball into a circle and apply oil.
5. Pleat it as for a fan.
6. Roll the pleated circle.
7.Roll the ball into a circle.
8. Roast it on a tava with a tsp of oil until golden brown.
9. Serve hot with kuruma.
