This is a nutritious and filling salad. It is also very easy to prepare. I used cucumber, pomegranate seeds and onion along with moong sprouts. The dressing is a very simple sweet olive oil dressing. Hubby liked it very much. I am sending this to CWS-Moong Beans by Priya Suresh. I will be sharing a post on sprouting seeds within a week.
Ingredients:
Moong Sprouts-3cups
Pomegranate Seeds-1/2cup
Cucumber-1
Onion-1
For The Dressing:
Olive Oil-2tbs
Honey-2tbs
English Mustard-1tsp
Salt-to taste
Pepper Powder-1/2tsp
Dill 1tsp(crushed)
Vinegar-1tsp
Procedure:
1. Mix all the ingredients given for dressing and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
2. Mix all the ingredients for the salad in a bowl.
3. Drizzle the dressing on top and give a nice stir.
4. Serve immediately.
Love the ingredients. Healthy salad.
