Murungai keerai (Drumstick leaves) Soup

This is a healthy soup and very easy to prepare. This is a good diet for diabetics because it controls sugar. My MIL and my Mom  used to drink it often because of diabetics. I and my Hubby drink it twice a week for reducing fat.

The Recipe:

Ingredients:
Murungai keerai(drumstick leaves) – 2cups
Tomato-2
Small onion-10
Garlic-5 pods

I love painting, dress designing and of course cooking. This blog which started as an online cookery book has given me a great insight into baking and has transformed me into a home baker who is now thriving to learn a lot about cakes and decorating techniques. This blog has thousands of tried and tasted vegetarian recipes around the world and eggless bakes.

  1. So you don’t blend it. Will this give supply all the nutrients. I’m looking for drumstick leaves recipes which r easy. They are very rich in iron. Is this a traditional recipe? If so then I’ll use as is. Cos I believe that our ancestors have done all the research. – pp
