Chunky Pizza Sauce Recipe – Easy Condiment Recipes

I have eggs as part of my diet daily and eating egg scramble or omelette will become boring after a few days. So i try to make something different once in a while. You can check my recipes in my paleo recipes page(click for the page)  When I tried pizza with coconut flour and eggs one day for my lunch I made this chunky pizza sauce which is really good. I have made it thrice ever since and I add it to most of my dishes. As it has onions and tomatoes, these also go very well in dry curries I make for lunch.

I have made paleo tomato sauce already, but it is smooth and you can use it as a dip for any snacks as well as topping for pizzas. This sauce is so chunky and adds a nice texture to the pizza. The procedure is quite simple but it needs a lot of stirring on the stove as it is better when thick. You can easily store it in refrigerator for a week or two. I don’t make huge quantities. Just a glass jar full which will be over in two or three recipes. I tend to keep them fresh when I make it like this.

I will post the pizza recipe tomorrow. Trust me, if you have this sauce and shredded cheese ready, the pizza will be ready in ten minutes. And no need of oven. Use your stove top to make the pizzas. But just wait for a day for the recipe. For now enjoy the sauce.
