Wheat Sprouts Roti

I prepared some wheat sprouts at home in my sprout maker. And used it to make healthy and nutritious rotis. They tasted great and these rotis will go with any tomato based gravy. The rotis were so soft and delicious.



Ingredients:
Wheat Sprouts-1cup
Whole wheat Flour-1cup
Salt-to taste
Olive Oil-1tsp


Procedure:
1. Grind the sprouts with water to make a glutinous paste.
2. In a bowl, mix wheat flour, salt and oil.
3. Add the paste and mix well.
4. Add enough water to make a soft dough.
5. Cover and keep it aside for 30minutes.
6. Divide into small balls.
7. Dust the counter with flour and roll out the ball into thin discs.
8. roast the roti on a tawa until both sides are done.
9. Serve hot.
