This is a very simple recipe which can be prepared in minutes and uses very less ingredients. You don’t have to cook it. My mom used to prepare this when we were kids. We use to love it so much. 1. Soak aval in water ( use water to just immerse aval. do not use more than that)
2. After 5 minutes Mix the aval with a spoon so that the aval will be uniformly soaked.
3. After another 5 minutes add sugar, cardamom powder and grated coconut . Mix well.
4. Sit back and Enjoy.
