How To Make a Mannequin Cake With Fondant – Introducing My Veg Fondant

Developing a vegetarian fondant has been in my to do list for long and I am so happy to say that I have finally perfected the recipe. I have put together the recipes for both veg fondant and a veg chocolate fondant in an eBook which is available on amazon. If you don’t have a kindle, you can mail me on gayathriraani@gmail.com to know how to obtain a pdf of the same book. This fondant is so good, so elastic, so pliable and works so much like the normal fondant. Colouring is also easy and you can see the effect of the fondant in this below video.

Here are the amazon links for the eBook. Please check it and purchase it. I am sure that it will be very helpful.

I have used my Eggless Condensed Milk Vanilla Cake for this recipe. And for frosting I have used my dark chocolate ganache. I feel that ganache is more easier when compared to butter cream when it comes to fondant cakes.

I love painting, dress designing and of course cooking. This blog which started as an online cookery book has given me a great insight into baking and has transformed me into a home baker who is now thriving to learn a lot about cakes and decorating techniques. This blog has thousands of tried and tasted vegetarian recipes around the world and eggless bakes.
