Every year during the months of April and September, we a group of bloggers come together and post the entire month, taking breaks on Sundays. Our boss lady and our dearest friend Srivalli decides on a certain theme to make the month interesting. Trust me, there is a lot of brainstorming going on before we members say yes to a certain theme and it is decided six months before the actual month. But for next year, we have decided so well in advance. But let us talk about September. Flat bread is the chosen theme and we are supposed to do it in A-Z order. It can either be International breads or Indian breads. I chose to make International as I love researching about cuisines around the world. I was doing a lot of reading, I watched lots of videos before I selected recipes to be featured. It was such an wonderful experience reading about various breads. If you are a regular reader, you might know that I love baking breads next to cakes. As I don’t eat breads, it was upto my daughter to finish off the breads I made. To make her life easier, I baked once or twice a week, mostly on weekends so that she could enjoy them. She was the happiest person when I decided to do this BM. And I am sure I will not disappoint you also. There are some beautiful breads coming on this space next month and don’t forget to check my space daily. If you follow me on FB, then keep an eye on the page too. Let us gear up and make the month interesting and delicious with Flat breads.
