Journey Through The Cuisines – A-Z Tamilnadu Recipes Round Up

Last month was such a fun ride doing the non stop Blogging Marathon. For the Journey Through The Cuisines, I selected Tamilnadu Cuisine. Right from the selection of recipes to the execution, shooting, editing and posting, it was so much joy. When first Valli announced the theme, I still remember how much happy I was.

I have been concentrating so much on baking related posts, I have completely forgot about the day to day recipes I make. I started the blog as an online cook book for my daughter and after I took to baking, the sole reason of this blog was forgotten. So this theme was a reminder for me to get back on track. I will still be continuing my baking adventures, but I will also include Tamil recipes in the blog more often. Here is a recap of last month’s recipes from A-Z. I love painting, dress designing and of course cooking. This blog which started as an online cookery book has given me a great insight into baking and has transformed me into a home baker who is now thriving to learn a lot about cakes and decorating techniques. This blog has thousands of tried and tasted vegetarian recipes around the world and eggless bakes.
