BAKING BASICS

Storing Left Over Melted Chocolate

When I started working with chocolate, I struggled while storing the left over chocolate. I know I was very silly. Every one has a method of doing this. This is a very easy method and this idea struck me on one fine day. At first I used to keep the bowl with the chocolate in fridge until next use. That uses a lots of space in the fridge and I wanted to make my fridge clutter free.

After finishing the recipe with the chocolate, melt it in double boiler to melt the remaining portion.
Line the tart moulds with small paper cups.

Pour the chocolate into the cups. Place the cups with the mould in fridge until it hardens. Remove the paper and store in zip lock bag.

I love painting, dress designing and of course cooking. This blog which started as an online cookery book has given me a great insight into baking and has transformed me into a home baker who is now thriving to learn a lot about cakes and decorating techniques. This blog has thousands of tried and tasted vegetarian recipes around the world and eggless bakes.
