This is a very easy kurma. I learnt it from my hubby’s sister. It goes very well with dosas. Though my cooking is not that bad, my hubby likes his mother’s and sister’s cooking. Whenever we visit their place, he will ask his sister to teach me some of her recipes. For this kurma also he asked her and she gave me the recipe. It is surely a hit. He likes it very much and I am so happy to have made it. Though I some times get angry, when he compares. Okay, let us go back to the topic.
