The Recipe:
Ingredients:
Idli Batter-1cup
Onion-1(finely chopped)
Carrot-1(grated)
Green chilly-2nos (optional)
Procedure:
1. Heat oil and splutter mustard, urad dhal and curry leaves. Add onion and green chillies and saute till golden brown.
2 Switch off stove and add carrot.
3. Prepare paniyaram using this batter and serve hot with coconut chutney.
