Spicy Paneer Bread Bites – Easy Appetizer Recipes

For the second day of mini bites, I again made some with bread slices. Bread and cheese are match made in heaven. It may be any cheese the pairing is so wonderful. Yesterday it was mozzarella and today is our Indian cheese paneer. Paneer combined with some Indian spices and bread makes this a delicious appetizer. Serve it with some spicy sauce and you will win so many hearts.

These bites are so easy to put together. There is no chopping involved. Just mix all the ingredients and shape them and fry. You can make this in just ten minutes if you have all the ingredients in your pantry. I used curd to bind the dough and so the bites have a slight tang which is so nice. You can even use milk to bind. These can also be added to gravies just like we add kola urundai. I am sure it will be best served with rotis.

  1. That is definitely very tempting snack. I’ve made with paneer stuffed in the bread but not mixed them together like the way you have done. Will try this soon.
