Easy Chocolate Banana Sandwich

This is one of my quick fix snack for my daughter. If you have all the ingredients at your hand, it is so easy to assemble this and your kid would surely go crazy for this. This sandwich has all the ingredients which my daughter loves. Bread, banana, chocolate ganache and silver sugar beads. Silver sugar beads are optional, but I don’t know why, whenever I see ganache, I want to top it with silver beads.

I had a cup of dark chocolate ganache from my previous cake sitting in my fridge. So thought of using it for this sandwich. You can use any fruit that goes well with chocolate for this sandwich. Let your imagination run wild. I also heated some ganache so that it comes to dripping consistency. Though it makes the sandwich messy, it surely was a hit with my daughter. She loves those dripping effect in all her cakes and desserts and why not in this snack?

  1. I just remembered that I used to use chocolate buttercream for sandwiches. Now I just eat it directly like ice cream :D. The ganache bread looks absolutely divine.
