It has been a while since I posted a paneer recipe from my low carb diet. When I started my Indian Low Carb Recipes channel in YouTube, I was making videos daily, but sadly I didn’t find time to edit them. So I have a folder full of unedited videos and I need to edit them asap. The idea to bake paneer came one day and to make it more interesting I added mozzarella cheese to it. To spice it up I have added red chilly sauce, but if you don’t have home made sauce, then try using red chilly powder instead. But the sauce is more flavourful. I feel that baking is the easiest method of cooking, so I used my OTG to bake the dish. You can also MW the mix, but if you don’t have any type of oven, then I would recommend roasting the paneer mix in ghee first and finally adding shredded cheese. The taste would be the same. You might need a tsp of ghee extra in the ingredients.
Paneer – 200 gm
Green Capsicum – 3-4 tbs
Shredded Mozzarella – 3 tbs
Salt – to taste
Homemade Red Chilly Sauce – 1 tbs
Preheat oven to 200C.
In a bowl mix together all the ingredientss.
Divide the mix into three ramekins.
Bake them for 25 minutes.
Serve the paneer hot out of oven.
