Sweet corn can be boiled and relished with salt and pepper. This can also be used in soups, cutlets, pulaos and bakes. While boiling, the corn has to be boiled with the cob and then the kernels can be removed. This post deals on the method of preparing the corn for other recipes. This is a very easy method. After removing the husk and fibres, just use a knife to cut the kernels from the cob.

Remove the husk and fibres.
Clean the corn.
Keep it up right and with a serrated knife, cut in sawing motion until you reach the end.
Collect the kernels on a plate
Discard cob after removing the kernels.
