Yesterday I prepared this delicious and easy snack for my hubby. He was watching the match and enjoyed this pori. This can be prepared within 5 minutes. It is slightly hot with crunchy pumpkin seeds and a light touch of sweetness because of the tutti fruitti. It is also very colourful.
Refined Olive oil-2tbs
1. Heat oil and add peanuts. Fry on low flamw until the skin cracks.
2. Add the pumpkin seeds and when they turn brown, add sambar powder and turmeric powder.
3. When the raw smell vanishes, add pori and switch off stove.
4. Give a nice stir.
5. Sprinkle chat masala and tutti fruitti.
6. Mix well and serve.
