I was totally overwhelmed with the response to my previous post on how to whip non dairy whipping cream. If you haven’t seen it, do visit my previous post or my YouTube channel. I am sure you will also be interested to know how I used that cream to make this beautiful cake. It is quite easy to make and don’t be afraid looking at the photos. If you master the basic techniques, it is so easy to put a cake together.

You need the stable whipped cream. Get it ready. It is better to prepare the cream at the time of frosting so that the consistency remains the same. Do not make it the previous day and use it. Take a look at my post Vegan Whipped Cream or Watch the video to know how I prepare my cream.
Then the cake. It is very important to select the perfect recipe. As this cake is going to be paired with whipped cream, it will be served straight out of fridge. So you need a cake that doesn’t go hard on refrigerating. Your best bet are oil based cakes. Do not pair butter based cakes with cream. I have used my vegan vanilla cake recipe made with aquafaba. I will be posting it soon.
Always refrigerate cakes before using it for frosting. This will prevent the cakes from going crumbly. Always use a perfectly trimmed cake to frost. This will make your frosting job easier. And the results would be very neat. So trim the cake so that the sides and straight and the top is level. Use a serrated bread knife to do that.
The frosting is so much easier to do if you have the right equipment. If you are seriously into cake decorating, then I would suggest you invest in a turntable, spatulas and dough scraper in different sizes. You will see a huge difference while using them to frost the cake.
After piping out flowers, it is better to freeze them until hard. It will be a lot easier to handle frozen flowers. But mind it, the flowers will start melting as soon as they hit the room temperature. os make it fast.

I have a question. Does the darker color( like purple, black & red) flowers or any design spread on the white whipped cream frosted cake ?
There are chances of the colour bleeding.
