PANEER

Paneer and Pumpkin Seeds Laddu

I had a cup of crumbled paneer in my fridge. In order to use it up I prepared these yummy laddus. We really enjoyed it a lot. For a different flavour, I used powdered mace. It gave a unique flavour to the laddus. If you don’t like it, you can always go in for cardamom powder. This is a very simple sweet which can be made in a jiffy.

Ingredients:
Crumbled Paneer-2/3cup
Pumpkin Seeds-1/3cup
Condensed Milk-1/2cup
Milk-1/3cup
Ghee-2tbs
Mace(Javithri/Jadhipathri) Powder-a pinch

Procedure:
1. Powder the pumpkin seeds in a mixer grinder.
2. In a pan mix all the ingredients.
3. Switch on flame and stir it until the mixture becomes completely dry.
4. Spread the mixture in a plate and let it cool.
5. Shape them into laddus. After 2 hours, the laddus will become firm.
6. Enjoy. You can never stop at one.

I love painting, dress designing and of course cooking. This blog which started as an online cookery book has given me a great insight into baking and has transformed me into a home baker who is now thriving to learn a lot about cakes and decorating techniques. This blog has thousands of tried and tasted vegetarian recipes around the world and eggless bakes.
