Whole Wheat Oats Banana Bread Recipe

Whole Wheat Oats Banana Bread is a delicious quick bread, without any refined ingredients. Very healthy snack you can serve for teatime.

- 40 gm Wheat flour
- 30 gm Oats
- 1/2 tsp Baking powder
- 1 small Banana
- Vanilla a few drops
- 2 Eggs
- 2 tbs Milk
- 2 tbs Brown sugar
- 2 tbs Ghee
Preheat oven to 175°C
In a blender, blend banana, ghee, brown sugar, eggs, milk and vanilla.
Add wheat flour, oats and baking powder, mix well.
Pour into a greased and lined 5" tin.
Sprinkle some oats and cranberries on top.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Cool on wire rack, slice and enjoy!
