Tater Tots Recipe

  • Potatoes - 500 gm boiled and peeled
  • Flour / Maida - 2-3 tbs
  • Salt - tot aste
  • Pepper Powder to taste
  • Coriander Leaves - 2 tbs chopped
  • Oil - To Deep Fry

Instructions
 

Procedure

  • Boil potatoes, peel them and grate.
  • Add flour, salt, pepper and coriander leaves.
  • Bring them together to form a rough dough.
  • Pinch off small portion and shape into small cylinders.
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Deep fry the potato cylinders until nicely browned.
  • Drain oil, and serve them hot with a dipping sauce.
