In a large pot, bring enough water to boil.
Add a little salt and a tsp of oil and add the spaghetti.
Boil for 10 - 15 minutes until well cooked and tender.
Drain on a sieve and retain the water.
Heat a pan and add oil.
Add onions and dried basil and saute until the onions are golden.
Add in tomatoes and mushrooms and cook until they are tender.
Add the sauce and salt and pepper.
Add the cooked spaghetti and 1/4 cup of the drained water.
Cook everything for a minute or two.
Add coriander leaves, give a stir and remove from flame.
Serve it piping hot.
