Pepper Paneer Fry Recipe

  • Paneer - 200 gm
  • Ghee - 1 tbs
  • Salt - to taste
  • Pepper Powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Roasted Jeera Powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Cream Cheese To serve

Procedure

  • In a pan heat ghee.
  • Add in the cubed paneer and saute on low flame for a minute or two.
  • Add salt, pepper powder and cumin powder.
  • Give a nice mix, remove from flame and serve it piping hot along with a dollop of cream cheese.
