One more easy breezy paneer recipe which can be made in minutes. If you like your paneer crisp, have it in pan for more time so that all the sides gets nicely roasted. If you like it soft, just give a stir or two in ghee and add the spice powders. However you make this, this is going to be a lovely meal when you serve it with a dip. I chose to serve it with cream cheese. But be creative. You can go for your favourite low carb dip.
Ingredients:
Paneer – 200 gm
Ghee – 1 tbs
Salt – to taste
Pepper Powder – 1/2 tsp
Roasted Jeera Powder – 1/2 tsp
Cream Cheese To serve
Procedure:
In a pan heat ghee.
Add in the cubed paneer and saute on low flame for a minute or two.
Add salt, pepper powder and cumin powder.
Give a nice mix, remove from flame and serve it piping hot along with a dollop of cream cheese.
