Mozzarella Egg Muffins Recipe
Ingredients
- Egg - 4
- Mozzarella Cheese - 30 gm
- Salt and Pepper - to taste
- Grated Carrot - 2 tbs
- Italian Seasoning - a pinch
Instructions
- In a bowl whisk the eggs.
- Add all the other ingredients in the list and whisk until well combined.
- Divide it between four silicon liners.
- MW on medium high for 2- 3 minutes.
- Serve them hot.
