Low Carb Butterscotch Cake Recipe - Mother's Day Special

Ingredients
  

  • Coconut Flour - 2 tbs
  • Baking Powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Erythritol - 1 tbs
  • Stevia - 1/4 tsp
  • Egg - 4
  • Water - 1/2 tbs
  • Butterscotch Essence - 4 drops
  • Coconut Oil - 1 tbs

Instructions
 

  • Preheat Oven to 160°C.
  • In a bowl mix together egg, water, coconut oil and essence.
  • In the baking bowl add the coconut flour, baking powder, stevia and erythritol.
  • Now add a little of the wet mix to the dry mix and whisk until incorporated.
  • Add the wet ingredients in batches and mix a smooth batter.
  • Bake it in oven for 30 minutes or until a tooth pick inserted comes out clean.
  • Serve it hot out of oven or cool and serve with whipped cream.
