  • Paneer - 200 gm
  • Green Chutney - 3-4 tbs click for recipe
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ghee - 2 tbs
  • Onion - 1
  • Coriander Leaves Lemon Wedges For Garnish

Procedure

  • In a bowl mix together paneer, salt, green chutney and set aside for 30 minutes.
  • Preheat an oven in grill setting.
  • On a baking tray, add ghee and add the marinated paneer cubes along with sliced onions.
  • Place the tray on top rack and bake for 15 - 30 minutes according to the desired consistency of paneer.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves, and serve with a lemon wedge and cucumber slices.
