Paneer - 200 gm
Green Chutney - 3-4 tbs

Salt - to taste
Ghee - 2 tbs
Onion - 1
Coriander Leaves
Lemon Wedges For Garnish
Instructions
Procedure
In a bowl mix together paneer, salt, green chutney and set aside for 30 minutes.
Preheat an oven in grill setting.
On a baking tray, add ghee and add the marinated paneer cubes along with sliced onions.
Place the tray on top rack and bake for 15 - 30 minutes according to the desired consistency of paneer.
Garnish with coriander leaves, and serve with a lemon wedge and cucumber slices.
