Divide dough into 4 equal portions.
Shape each into a ball, place on a greased baking tray and press it to flatten it.
Allow it to double for another 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 175°C.
Now press the centre of the doubles pastries with a glassto make an indent in the centre.
Fill it with the cheese mixture.
Apply milk on the pastries.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
Enjoy warm with a cup of coffee.
