Preheat oven to 175°C.
In a bowl mix together flour, sugar, cocoa and baking powder.
Add oil, curd, vanilla and milk.
Mix gently until combined.
Add tutti frutti and mix.
Divide the batter between 8 liners set in muffin tray.
Top the batter with choco chips.
Bake for 20 - 25 minutes or until a tooth pick inserted comes out clean.
Cool on wire rack and serve warm.
