Preheat oven to 175°C.
In a bowl add butter and chopped chocolate.
Melt them over double boiler or MW until smooth. It will be like chocolate dough but make sure it is lump free.
Add milk and sugar and mix it until well combined.
Add vanilla and mix.
Add flour, cocoa, baking powder and mix until well incorporated.
Finally add the cranberry and raisins and mix.
Transfer the batter to buttered ramekins filling 1/4 th of them.
Sprinkle the sugar balls on top.
Bake for 15 minutes in the preheated oven.
Allow it to cool completely or serve them warm.
