Eggless Chocolate Cranberry Brownies Recipe

  • Dark Chocolate - 90 gm
  • Butter - 1 tbs
  • Sugar - 1/4 cup
  • All Purpose Flour / Maida - 1/2 cup
  • Cocoa Powder - 1 tbs
  • Baking Powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Milk - 2 tbs
  • Vanilla - 1/2 tsp
  • Cranberries - 1 tbs
  • Raisins - 1 tbs
  • Sugar Balls - For Garnish

Procedure

  • Preheat oven to 175°C.
  • In a bowl add butter and chopped chocolate.
  • Melt them over double boiler or MW until smooth. It will be like chocolate dough but make sure it is lump free.
  • Add milk and sugar and mix it until well combined.
  • Add vanilla and mix.
  • Add flour, cocoa, baking powder and mix until well incorporated.
  • Finally add the cranberry and raisins and mix.
  • Transfer the batter to buttered ramekins filling 1/4 th of them.
  • Sprinkle the sugar balls on top.
  • Bake for 15 minutes in the preheated oven.
  • Allow it to cool completely or serve them warm.
