Eggless Brookies Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • Dark Chocolate - 115 gm
  • Butter - 15 gm
  • Brown Sugar - 65 gm
  • Baking Powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Milk - 2 tbs
  • Vanilla Essence - 1/2 tsp
  • All Purpose Flour / Maida - 75 gm
  • Chocolate Chips - 30 gm

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 175°C.
  • In a bowl, combine chocolate and butter and melt it in MW or double  boiler.
  • When the mixture is smooth, allow it to cool completely.
  • Once cool, add in brown sugar, baking powder and milk and mix well until the sugar melts.
  • Add in vanilla and mix well.
  • Add flour in two batches, fold with a spatula to make a thick batter.
  • Divide the batter between five silicon moulds and using a spoon level the top.
  • Add choco chips on top and bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
  • Remove from oven, cool and remove from mould.
  • Serve it with a cup of milk or coffee and enjoy!
