Preheat oven to 175°C.
In a bowl, combine chocolate and butter and melt it in MW or double boiler.
When the mixture is smooth, allow it to cool completely.
Once cool, add in brown sugar, baking powder and milk and mix well until the sugar melts.
Add in vanilla and mix well.
Add flour in two batches, fold with a spatula to make a thick batter.
Divide the batter between five silicon moulds and using a spoon level the top.
Add choco chips on top and bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
Remove from oven, cool and remove from mould.
Serve it with a cup of milk or coffee and enjoy!
