As I promised, here is another video for an amazing bake. Chocolate is everyone’s favourite, right? I have been using it regularly nowadays. When I was thinking of the next recipe for the channel, I remembered the brookies. I have already posted a version of brookies, both with eggs and without eggs. Check out my Eggless Brookies and Dark Chocolate Brookies. I am sure the eggless brookies were such a great hit with readers. But there were some issues the readers faced while trying it out. So here is an improved version with good quality Callebaut which turned out absolutely amazing.

And don’t forget to subscribe to the channel which you prefer. If you subscribe to both channels, it would be a great help for me. Coming for the brookies, the procedure is quite simple. Use quality ingredients for a delicious result. I have made brookies with both Morde and Callebaut, and now I prefer the Callebaut version. You can also go for Cadbury or any other chocolate like that.
I have baked them in silicon moulds, but you can also bake them in cupcake liners. Make sure to grease it well so that the brookies come out easily. These can be served chilled, or warm or at room temperature. However you serve them, they are absolutely yum. I shared the batch with one of Sruti’s friends and got an amazing feedback the next day.
Makes 5 Brookies
Ingredients:
Dark Chocolate – 115 gm
Butter – 15 gm
Brown Sugar – 65 gm
Baking Powder – 1/4 tsp
Milk – 2 tbs
Vanilla Essence – 1/2 tsp
All Purpose Flour / Maida – 75 gm
Chocolate Chips – 30 gm
Procedure:
Preheat oven to 175°C.
In a bowl, combine chocolate and butter and melt it in MW or double boiler.
When the mixture is smooth, allow it to cool completely.
Once cool, add in brown sugar, baking powder and milk and mix well until the sugar melts.
Add in vanilla and mix well.
Add flour in two batches, fold with a spatula to make a thick batter.
Divide the batter between five silicon moulds and using a spoon level the top.
Add choco chips on top and bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
Remove from oven, cool and remove from mould.
Serve it with a cup of milk or coffee and enjoy!

Ingredients
