Chocolate Chips - 90 gm
Liquid Glucose - 2 tbs
Amul Fresh Cream - 3/4 cup
Instructions
Combine chocolate and liquid glucose in a pan.
Place it on a double boiler and melt it completely.
Remove from stove and add the cream and whisk until the sauce is thick and shiny.
Transfer to a bottle and use it as needed.
