Cream Cheese Frosting Three Ways

  • Cream Cheese - 1/2 cup
  • Whipping Cream - 1/2 cup dairy/ non dairy
  • tbs Sugar - 4 if using unsweetened whipping cream
  • Cream Cheese - 1/2 cup
  • Sugar - 2 tbs
  • Dark / White Chocolate Ganache - 1/2 cup
  • Vanilla Essence - 1/2 tsp

Cream Cheese Butter Cream

  • Cream Cheese - 1/4 cup
  • Butter - 1/4 cup
  • Icing Sugar - 2 cups
  • Vanilla - 1/2 tsp

Instructions
 

Procedure

  • In a bowl beat chilled whipping cream until stiff peaks form.
  • If using dairy cream add sugar tsp at a time while whipping.
  • In another bowl whip cream cheese until creamy.
  • Now add the whipped cream in two or three batches to the cheese and fold it gently with a spatula.
  • Once completely incorporated, you can use it to frost cakes.
  • In a bowl cream together cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until nice and fluffy.
  • Add the ganache and beat until all the ingredients are incorporated.
  • Use it as a filling and frosting for cakes.
  • In a bowl cream together butter and cream cheese until pale and creamy.
  • Add sifted icing sugar in two or three batches and beat until incorporated. Do not over beat.
  • Once the consistency is reached, add vanilla and beat until well combined.
  • Use it for filling, frosting and decorating cakes.
