Coconut Flour Garlic Basil Loaf Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • Egg - 4
  • Ghee - 3 tbs
  • Milk - 1/4 cup
  • Coconut Flour - 1/3 cup
  • Salt - 1/3 tsp
  • Garlic Powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Basil - 1 tbs
  • Baking Powder - 1/2 tsp

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, mix together eggs, ghee and milk.
  • Add in coconut flour, salt, garlic powder, basil and baking powder.
  • Whisk to combine into a smooth batter.
  • Allow the batter to sit for five to ten minutes.
  • Pour it into a small loaf tin and bake for 20 - 30 minutes or until a skewer inserted comes out clean.
  • Cool on a wire rack and remove from the tin.
  • Slice it up and serve.
