Chole Paneer Cutlets

  • Soaked and cooked chickpeas-1 cup
  • Crumbled PAneer-1 cup
  • Cream-1/4 cup
  • Salt-to taste
  • Bread Crumbs-1/4 cup
  • Red Chilly Powder-1/2 tsp
  • Garam MAsala-1/2 tsp
  • Coriander LEaves-2 tbs
  • Onion-1 finely chopped
  • Oil- for frying

Procedure

  • Grind chole and paneer to a coarse mixture with cream.
  • Now add all the ingredients except oil in the bowl and mix well.
  • Divide them into small portions and shape into balls.
  • Heat a tawa and add 2 tbs of oil.
  • Place all the balls on it and cook on medium flame rotating them constantly until all the balls are evenly golden.
  • Arrange on a plate with onion cubes and serve.
