Cheese Dipping Sauce / Cheese Dip

  • Butter-2 tbs
  • Maida/ Flour-2 tbs
  • Milk - 1 cup
  • Grated Cheddar Cheese-1 cup
  • Salt-1/2 tsp
  • Pepper Powder to taste

Instructions
 

Procedure

  • In a sauce pan melt butter.
  • Add flour and keep on whisking until it is lumpfree and smooth.
  • Now add milk in a steady stream while whisking it to incorporate.
  • Cook until the mixture thickens.
  • Add salt and pepper powder and mix well.
  • Add the grated cheese and whisk until it melts and the sauce is smooth.
  • Remove from flame and pour into a serving bowl.
  • Serve along with chips, baked vegetables or bread sticks.
