Buttery Vanilla Croutons Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • Sourdough Bread or any other Bread - 1/2 Loaf
  • Melted Butter - 1/4 cup
  • Vanilla Sugar - 2-3 tbs

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 150°C.
  • Slice bread into small cubes.
  • Transfer them into a bowl.
  • Pour melted butter evenly on the cubes and sprinkle vanilla sugar.
  • Give a nice stir so that everything coats the cubes uniformly.
  • Transfer to a baking tray and place the cubes in a single layer.
  • Bake in the oven for 15-25 minutes until golden and crisp.
  • Cool and store in airtight box.
