Ingredients
Sourdough Bread or any other Bread - 1/2 Loaf
Melted Butter - 1/4 cup
Vanilla Sugar - 2-3 tbs
Instructions
Preheat oven to 150°C.
Slice bread into small cubes.
Transfer them into a bowl.
Pour melted butter evenly on the cubes and sprinkle vanilla sugar.
Give a nice stir so that everything coats the cubes uniformly.
Transfer to a baking tray and place the cubes in a single layer.
Bake in the oven for 15-25 minutes until golden and crisp.
Cool and store in airtight box.
