Besan Masala Bread Toast Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • Bread Slices - 6
  • Besan - 1/4 cup
  • Salt - to taste
  • Red Chilly Powder - 1/3 tsp
  • Coriander Leaves - 2 tbs chopped
  • Ajwain Seeds - 1/4 tsp
  • Cumin Seeds - 1/4 tsp
  • Chat Masala
  • Ghee as required

Instructions
 

  • Mix together besan, salt, red chilly powder, ajwain, cumin seeds and enough water to make it a spreadable paste.
  • Add coriander leaves, mix well and set aside.
  • Take a slice of bread and apply the paste evenly on both the sides.
  • Drizzle ghee in a tawa and place the prepared bread slice on it. Cook on medium heat until it is browned.
  • Now flip the bread slice and cook it until evenly browned. Remove from tawa, sprinkle chat masala and serve the toasts piping hot with some sauce / ketchup.
