Mix together besan, salt, red chilly powder, ajwain, cumin seeds and enough water to make it a spreadable paste.
Add coriander leaves, mix well and set aside.
Take a slice of bread and apply the paste evenly on both the sides.
Drizzle ghee in a tawa and place the prepared bread slice on it. Cook on medium heat until it is browned.
Now flip the bread slice and cook it until evenly browned. Remove from tawa, sprinkle chat masala and serve the toasts piping hot with some sauce / ketchup.
