Pour the curd in a cloth lined sieve and place it on a bowl.
Arrange this set up in fridge for 2 hours.
Remove the hung curd, mix it with sugar and cardamom powder and refrigerate until assembling.
Mix milk, salt and chia seeds and set aside for 2 hours in fridge.
Keep stirring it so that the seeds absorb milk uniformly.
Peel and cube mangoes.
Take a tall glass, add the sweet hung curd in the bottom.
Top it with cubed mangoes and then the soaked chia seeds.
Garnish with more mango cubes and sliced pistachios.
Serve immediately.
