Remove the green part of the melon and slice the flesh.
Transfer to a metal sieve and mash the pulp so that the juice strains through the sieve.
Fill the popsicle moulds with the juice.
Cover it and freeze it for 5-6 hours.
While removing the popsicles, place the mould in a basin full of water for a minute and then gently remove the popsicles.
