Vegan Mango Jelly Recipe

  • Mango Puree - 1/2 cup
  • Water - 1 cup
  • Sugar - 3 tbs
  • tsp Agar Agar Powder - 1 use 1/2if you want a wobbly jelly

Instructions
 

Procedure

  • In a saucepan combine water, mango puree, sugar and agar agar powder.
  • Heat it and stir it often so that the mixture doesn't burn.
  • Once it starts boiling, remove it from flame and pour into greased moulds.
  • Once cool refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
  • Gently remove from the mould and serve it with fresh mango slices.
