Sugar Free Paneer Almond Ladoo

Ingredients
  

  • Paneer - 50 gm
  • Almond Powder - 20 gm
  • Stevia - 1/2 tsp
  • Cardamom Powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Ghee - 1 tsp
  • Pistachios For Garnish

Instructions
 

  • In a pan take ghee and almond powder.
  • Roast untilĀ  it is aromatic.
  • Add paneer and keep on roasting until it changes colour.
  • Add in stevia and cardamom powder and cook for two more minutes.
  • Take this in a grinder jar and grind until it is crumbly and soft.
  • Shape into ladoos and garnish with sliced pistachios.
