In a pan toast sesame seeds until they start popping up.
Transfer to a plate and allow it to cool.
Oil two parchment papers. Place one on an inverted baking tray and keep it ready.
In the same pan, add honey, sugar and 2 tbs of water.
Allow the syrup to boil and reach one string consistency.
Add the sesame seeds and mix everything together.
Transfer the mixture to the prepared parchment paper, place another one on top and roll it with a roller to uniform thickness.
Allow it to cool completely.
Slice it up into squares, flip and dry the pieces for a while and store in airtight jar.
