Ingredients
Paneer-200 gm
Psyllium Husk / Isabgol - 2 tbs
Salt - to taste
Onion - 1 small
Red Chilly Sauce - 2 tbs
Instructions
In a bowl mix together all the ingredients and knead to form a soft dough.
Divide it into three equal portions.
Heat a tawa, keep on low flame. Pat a portion into a thin roti directly on tawa.
Cook until the bottom is crisp and it is easy to flip.
Flip the roti, cook the other side and serve it hot with a chutney of your choice.
