In a bowl mix together flour, salt, sugar, yeast.
Add 1 onion, milk, vinegar and 3/4 cup of water.
Mix to form a sticky dough.
Add more water if necessary.
Knead the dough for 10 minutes until it becomes soft, smooth and elastic.
Place in a well oiled bowl, cover with cling film and set aside until double.
Remove it from the bowl, roll it into a rectangle.
Sprinkle the remaining onions and sprinkle some Italian spice mix.
Roll it into a tight log.
Slice it into 8 equal portions.
Arrange the rolls on a greased tray and Press them slightly to make them flat.
Cover and set aside for 15 minutes.
By the time they prove, preheat oven to 200°C.
Brush the top of the rolls with milk and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
Bake them for 20 - 25 minutes or until the top is golden.
Remove from oven, allow it to cool before storing in a box.
